How about Abhi giving no bhaav to Akshu and giving her a royal ignore and trying to divert his mind with other people. 😎 After all, Akshu thodi na usse pyaar karti hai. So why should he go latoo deewana over her? 🤷🏽‍♀️

Akshu being major confused ki yeh banda mujhe attention kyun nahi dera. Being rejected by her family makes her insecurities grow even more, phir se panic attack, Abhi helps her out as a doctor cuz that's what he is. He's leaving but Akshu stops him, realizing that what she desperately needs right now is a friend and she FINALLY starts confiding in him. Abhi also starts to realize that this girl koi seedhi sadhi ladki nahi hai like he imagined her to be. She has a shit load of baggage that needs to be dealt with. It also makes Abhi realize that he needs to be patient with her and take things slow. This rishta has to be maintained at her pace and he needs to be the mature, understanding one while she figures her things out. Uska time bhi aayega, but the things he needs to give her are much more profound than the bodily pleasures he keeps dreaming of.

I think for sure Akshu needs to go far far away from the Goenkas and Birlas and Abhimanyu can follow her and they can try to get to each other know and truly bond away from the mental asylums they both belong to. That’s what their relationship needs…so maybe Kairav and Vansh will let Neil know and he can make Abhi follow her.

I do think Kairav is fully aware Akshu loves Abhi and supports her but has be sensitive to Aarohi’s feelings too.
