May be Abhi is her son to her lover...who left her and Harsh had to marry her to save ger dignity as Manjari was pregnant

If Neil was Harsh's biological son...yhen he must have been soft towards him.....matlab ignore nahi karta usko

Only Manjari loves him....

But main focus is Abhi......uska kya parentage issue hai...thats worth watching

Also Harsh confessed in some episode...i dont remember which one....that what ever belongs to him also belongs to Abhi....so i m confused

K it's really confusing let's wait for further episodes.

Another one of my guess Neil must be from Manjari's maternal side and is being bought up by manjari and Harsh and call them mom and dad. Because Harsh doesn't seem a total vamp just a grey character with lots of shades.

Neil is not Abhi's real brother as in today's episode he says itna toh koi apne sage bhai ke liye bhi nahi karta.

To which Abhi replies saga paraya kuch nahi hota. Tu pehle bhi mera bhai tha aur aaj bhi hai

May be he is the illegitimate son of Dr.Harshvardhan. and may be that's why Abhimanyu feels so much anger towards his father for betraying his mother or something. And why he didn't believe in love. But treats Neil like his brother. Just a guess. 😆

Honestly, if he is actually a Birla then they are just ignoring him like anything which is worse, but I believe he is adopted or one of their servant's kid or something.

He’s adopted is what Papa Birla said today. But I think he’s not. Like Ekahriz had pointed out nearly 2 months ago, Neil could be his own son, not from Manjari, though. Maybe, Harsh is unaware Neil is his son (who Neil’s mum may have given for adoption and informed Manjari. Manjari had gotten him home without HB’s knowledge k he’s his own son). Or.. HB doesn’t like Neil because he isn’t a doctor? Let’s see how this unfolds.

They're probably trying to draw parallels here if Abhi is the one who’s adopted. Like his real mum is no more and he’s taken in by Manjari, his step mum. That could be why he feels the gratitude he shows to her. Both Abhi and Akshu bound by gratitude towards their step-mums. Arohi and Neil feeling sidelined (though Neil, the sweetheart has no ill-feelings towards his Bro) by their own mum for the older step-child. Maybe, they’re trying to pair Neil and Arohi? Waiting to see how this unfolds.
