But I also feel, is it necessary to always represent a male n female lead as ideal.
Just bcos it was kaira n Kartik was d one to be shown as hurt wid male ego, ppl didn't like it.
I liked kaira because they were kinda of imperfect yet they and their own love story. The whole track was kinda black spot, but kartik's character was somewhere shown a bit progress wid he repenting it for whole 5yrs.
1. Yes, Naira's fake death was stupid. Had they shown memory loss of her, even that wud have been somewhat realistic.
2. They totally ignored the feelings of singhaniyas. Makers didn't even think, if naira fakes her death bcos of Kartik, why shud her family suffer. Sadly, presuming actor playing naitik quit, they shud have got someone. Its quite foolish how they scrapped off a main character widout even proper conclusion.
3. During Mumbai track, atleast, family members tried to understand kaira's situation n wanted them to unite. Here, the minute details was missing, goenkas were a big waste. Keerti was missing d whole track.
4. Asking a guy to get married bcos he doesn't have a family is okay. It isn't a crime. So Kartik marrying vedika under family pressure was kinda given. I'm sure, many families wud do that.
What turned nonsense was, filing for a divorce again n the not needed custody battle. Had both realised their mistakes n told vedika directly instead of just giving into her demands, track wud have somewhat been fine.
5.naira, who always claims to be sherni, cudnt raise a voice against vedika when she kept blaming her nor she did tell Kartik abt her attempting to suicide. Another stupidity.
6. What was even more sadder was, kaira didn't have a proper communication the whole track, even after it kinda ended. I assume, the makers always do that.
Anyway, itv shows r better to be seen like phases than connecting them wid their initial stories I guess..😅
Also, akshara had her maternal side of family until her character ended. Now, singhaniyas r just disappearing one after d other sadly.
Anyway, must say, it did give a high trp ( makers r no wonder behind it) n lot of gud opportunities performance wise for d actors I guess. Kartik longing for naira was performed amazingly by mohsin n Shivangi at a young age playing a mother did a fair job. Otherwise, we wud just see d lecturing around.
Also, I remember BV agreed in one of her insta lives that the team did make a mistake with d whole vedika track. Maybe that shud be sufficing the fans bcos TV audience anyway wud want drama. 😁
