I agree the whole idea of the Goenka's deciding a proper punishment of Luv/Kush was a bad joke. I think it is hard to accept when your own family member does something like this. First instinct is to protect them because they are your own blood and you hope that your kids don't have a malicious nature. I read the lawyer is Abishek's father so he has a vested interested in saving Luv/Kush in order to save his own son. I don't understand why only Luv/Kush were arrested? Why not Abishek? I hope that since he is the lawyer's son that he can no longer represent this case and that they are all proven guilty as charged.

The lawyer is Abishek’s father, so he got his name removed from the case. Till now it was shown that Abishek has fled to US, but he will return back next week and will openly challenge Kaira that they won’t be able to get him punished because his father is the best one in the country.

Going by the segments, it seems like even the police has been brought by the lawyer.

Punishment was a drama created to please naira..so that she doesnt complain to the police. They don't think luv kush deserve any punishment , as per them they made a mistake ..wait till they say trisha might have provoked them 🤢

Lawyer is already stating that Luv/Kush are innocent and that Trisha targeted them because they come from a rich family thinking they would settle out of court and pay her a nice sum.

I think naira did try to tell him a few times That luv kush don’t regret their deeds ..but she didn’t have visual proof ..but he could have believed her when she told him luv kush are showing no remorse and are pretending ..but he didn’t ...and then she had Trisha asking for justice. I think the fact that naira didn’t hand luv kush to the police when she found out but rather discussed it with the family..is more than enough consideration that both karthik and the goenkas deserve in this situation..But finally her common sense, ethics and morals and also just being a law abiding citizen took over ,.and she informed the police..
