She should be compensated for the disrespect and emotional trauma she got from Karthik who failed to fulfill his marital wows. Yes we know how great Karthik and Naira's love is. They have spent 7 out of 10 years apart and have been divorced twice. Karthik now will be divorced third time. So great is the love of Karthik and Naira that for small things they split up and pretend to be dead. Their happiness is always for short term only followed by years of separation and pain to the family. The secret to their love is divorce and living apart. Karthik doesn't know the meaning of love. He only knows lust. The current track portrayed Karthik in a very bad light. Karthik and Naira are blessed to have their families but Vedika really has no family to turn to. She sacrificed her own happiness so that Karthik and Naira could be together and they should live with that guilt that they have hurt someone due to their own lack of maturity. I hope Naira doesn't rush to marriage so fast.

By the way who is Vedika to sacrifice Kartik? No wife can continue being the wife if the husband chose not to give her the status of wife and decide to get separated.

If Vedika did not come up with divorce,Kartik would have come out in open and demanded divorce from her. She saved her face realising that it is just a matter of time before Kartik could throw her out.No court can forcibly sustain a marriage where one did not even consider the other as his life partner.

I am sure Kartik wouldn’t have been able to make her his wife in real even though Naira did not come back.

As for pretending to be dead ,It was not Naira but Goenkas branded her dead without even seeing her body. Why to blame her?

Kaira might have got separated and lived apart but they lived in each other. Physical presence is not needed for them. Such was their bond of love.

If a man mourns his dead wife for 5 years, he can’t be lusting for a dead person. It has to be love. If he refuses to touch Vedika who jumped into his bed, he is anything but lustful.

7 out of 10 years in separation, but he still mourned her for 5 years. So it has to be the quality of time rather than quantity. People can spend the entire life in loveless marriage. So no point counting years to measure love.

Vedika has no one, so why doesn’t she build a life for herself! She has financial backing from Goenkas, and no responsibility at all but herself. Most of the working women juggle their lives between family and career. Here she is a modern age woman who is a freeloader, who lusts for someone else’s money. According to her the only identity she has is Mrs. Kartik Goenka, which will be no more.

Vedika cannot sacrifice something that was never hers. She had overheard Kartik saying that he would end this fake relationship anyway.

We have gone over this in multiple threads. I saw your post about wanting the leads to die. So we are on different platforms.
