Nobody wants to give her important yar. But eventually end up doing as makers always put her on our faces. Why did they include her in the promo, with teary eyes, n Kartik's agreement for the deal. And this is what they have been doing since last 6 months. They are not letting us enjoy one single day without her, they keep bringing her or her topic in some way or other. They should have simply made the marriage null as Pallavi even told Vedika before which lead to divorce. But naaah, bhool jao sare logics, invalid marriage me divorce karvakar mahaan banao madam ko. They have made Naira look small infront of her by their continuous biases towards her.
She became Goenka’s favorite even after doing nothing, and Naira did more things than a person can do in one single life for these selfish hypocrites, but no respect whatsoever for her yet. I wonder this is how you portray female leads, a doormat of rich families. I loved how they portrayed Akshara, Vedika is getting the same love and respect what Akshara got in Singhania’s . I feel so bad for Naira yar, poor girl . She deserved much better .
True. The amount of importance being given to Vedika is astounding. It was shown in the segments today that Kartik signs the divorce papers, gives them to Vedika and she leaves the house with a dramatic exit; putting Kartik’s picture on the table, looking back at everyone when she’s stepping out, etc.
The way she has left makes me think that there’s definitely more to her storyline. Pankhuri said Vedika has left for a few days to sort out everything in her head.
I guess I am less shocked by the promo because I expected Vedika to remain in the picture for a while longer even after the divorce. This week’s episodes have been too good to be true. Also, there has been no promotion for the confession or the upcoming milan. Everyone was celebrating after today’s episode but I didn’t because I had an inkling that it’s all gonna go in vain.
One thing I am glad about is the fact that Kartik will tell Naira that he was forced into the marriage because of Dadi’s health. I hated how they made it seem as if Kartik would have been happy with Vedika had Naira not returned. No one even bothered to tell Naira that things would have been more or less the same because Kartik was not ready to move on, even if he said so himself. At least that part would be cleared.
Doubt anyone would find out about Vedika’s fake suicide attempt and all the vile things she said to Naira. Very conveniently Vedika made it seem as if Naira chose to divorce Kartik on her free will. Vedika wasn’t even questioned regarding the kidnap and her lying to everyone throughout.
As for Naira being a doormat, I wish cvs would stop taking up issues they know they would never be able to tackle. Naira left Kartik, her family, her identity for her self-respect, but sadly, the minute Kaira face-off happened, that self-respect was shown the door. No woman with self-respect would live in a house where she’s treated as the outsider, where she’s reminded of her place in the family by her ex-husband’s new wife time and again, etc. If an apology is all that it took for Naira to forgive Kartik, then why run away for this long?
I do feel Kartik was punished enough for his mistake but my problem is the way the issue was resolved. That one question was the root cause of the separation, of Kartik being away from his son for 5 years, but somehow after the face-off, it all became about Vedika marking her territory and Naira trying to find her place in Kartik’s life.
All I can say now is, Kaira have confessed their feelings, Milan is very near, so whatever happens now, would be tackled by both of them together, that’s the silver lining in the upcoming track.
