The show’s current focus is on Kartik, Naira and Vedika. The Singhanias and Goenkas are mere spectators. That is why the makers are conveniently keeping the vocal characters like Naitik and Kirti away.

... yeah possible I guess !!! Maybe to give them some space? there's definitely something not right at all... I mean actors can at least stay professional and be cordial, and Mohsin obviously isn't able to even do that. And Shivangi tries :) and it becomes even more obvious....
