Exactly. Naira needs someone in her life, like Kartik has Vedika. I know he doesn’t love her but I don’t like the fact that Naira is the only one hurting now. Kartik brought another person in between them by accusing Naira of infidelity yet she should be the one to suffer by seeing Kartik move on with another woman?

Naira needs a friend, a shoulder to cry on. Till the time Kartik knows he has the power to emotionally hurt Naira, he would continue doing so. The moment he sees she has something good going for herself and that she no longer cares about his relationship with Vedika, he would be the first one to ask Vedika to leave.

I hope they bring MK back and Naira starts working for him again. They can be shown sharing a professional relationship but Kartik getting insecure and finally confiding in Naira about what led to him asking her the question. He didn’t doubt her love or loyalty towards him but felt insecure and not worthy of her love because he couldn’t protect her. Till the time Naira doesn’t know what all led to Kartik doubting her, how would she be able to forgive him?

Also, practically speaking, Naira knows her and Kartik are done for good. She needs to build a proper career for herself, in order to fight for her son if need be. When a couple separates and if they have kids, custody is the first thing they think about. Naira needs to prepare herself because she knows Goenkas would want to keep Kairav in GV forever and she can’t stay there.

i dont watch indian television because its so unrealistic, not from india so i watch other shows, but this show caught my eye when kaira first entered because it was so real and relatable, and now im wondering why i even got myself into this mess.. i wish they had ended it when the story was good and kartik was the ideal husband... at this point i just catch glimpses of the scenes on instagram and sometimes cant help roll my eyes.. one day my eyes going to get stuck in the back of my head lol

It makes me wonder that it would have been far more interesting to see what would happen if karthik left the mandap without marrying vedika then found naira alive. It would still be an interesting track if the marriage hadn't happened.

The makers need to accept that they are openly showing bigamy. If not, just declare Kartik-Vedika’s marriage as invalid. However, going by the track that seems unlikely to happen. Everyone, including Kartik-Naira, have accepted that Kartik-Naira’s marriage has been somehow nullified and that Vedika is Kartik’s only wife. They have totally disregarded law or religion, just showing whatever crap they want for the sake of ratings.

Eventually, Vedika would just walk out realising for herself that Kartik would never love her or treat her as his wife. After a couple of episodes, no one would even mention her and Kartik-Naira would go back to their cheesy romance.

@Bold- And that is precisely why this makes no sense. Just saying it is nullified doesn't make it nullified.

Exactly. Marriage completely changed everything. They could have easily shown her as his fiancé.

I can’t even enjoy Kaira scenes anymore because there’s always this feeling that Kartik is married to someone else now. It just seems wrong for them to be dreaming about each other or coming close. It’s considered cheating in real world.

Kartik needs to make a decision ASAP. He just can’t expect to play husband to Vedika and tag Naira along with him as his sidey.

Technically, if Kartik-Naira are no longer married (and that’s how it’s being portrayed in the show), they have no rights over each other. They are exes who share a kid, so he can’t just force her to stay with him for the kid.

However i have a question Rajan ji said that you will see why this track came into existence..as the serial unfolds...so i am wondering whether it is like liza and akhilesh and how surekha is going to ask akhil a question or how akhil is going to ask surekha that i can also ask you same.... ( even if nothing is there ) and then boom kartik realizes what or how much damage he did.... and also just before she was going to tell him news...and then maybe naira is going to realize that running away was wrong...because in the separation track... we all wanted kartik to apologize and that happened just before the blast. He was on his knees and all but that was because he saw the play...and maybe sometimes when you see others committing a mistake...you realize it for yourself.

And for vedika i hope lawyers come and tell it to everyones face that this marriage is invalid as kartiks wife is alive and its still not been 7 years ...because that is specifically why producers and directors chose 5 yearsof leap. Or if vedika turns negative then it can run smoothly.

So he's saying story wise there was a purpose for him showing this track which will be explained later on in the track as it proceeds? 😕 One thing I keep feeling that this coming month there will be a twist for sure. With kairav's health in the muddle and kaira trying to pretend to be a couple in front of him, going for a custody case would be the most insensitive and stupid decision to make. The kid should not be embroiled in a custody case. Now the most wise thing to do is naira and kairav living in singhania house and karthik and goenka's still getting to see kairav, but in no way is it right for kairav to be split from his mother just to serve certain people's ego and desire for revenge.

exactly i just cant stand kartik taunting naira all the time.. they are both at fault and need to accept that... kartik is a psychopath and a great manipulator... hats off to him for turning the whole thing around and making just naira the villain in front of everyone... he was a coward to accept his mistake so he went on covering that with the fact naira ran away and hid his kid... gained all the sympathy in the past five years from everyone by missing and crying for naira every day... now that she is back she looks wrong because he was mourning for someone who was alive... funniest thing about that whole hospital scene was kdadi going you should have come to us.. like you would be last person on earth naira should have gone too... because had naira gone to dadi, dadi would have been like i told you not to work and look after the house/husband... oh god what regressive thinking..

but to an extent i understand why naira did that... no woman ever wants to be questioned about the legitimacy of her child.. although there are ways of proving the paternity but still just being doubted on like that would leave major scars and trust issues (which kaira have had from day 1)... and had she stayed there was no way in hell these two would be able to get back together because then right from the get go they would have shared custody of the kid...

i hope MK comes back too... and naira for once realizes she needs to get her life together and have a secure future for kairav because thats the only way she will get to keep him legally.. although we know kairav wont be able to stay without his mom... really hope kartik understands that one day kairav will hate him if he separates naira and kairav, just like kartik hated his father and step mother... oh jeez just realized they seem to have come a full circle with the whole soumya, mainsh, swarna and now naira, kartik, vedika nonsense..

I do hope there is an actual purpose for the story in showing all this crap, because there is no real clarification on karthik-naira's marital status and what the characters themselves say from their egotistic opinions is irrelevant, on top of it this seemingly random akhil affair with naira's best friend, and much more confusing things.

I suggested on this forum that the wirters could show a twist where naira still living in goenka house alongside her son and karthik, kaira never having had a divorce, karthik marrying vedika could all eventually result in the legality of karthik-vedika marriage being questioned officially, and it being stated in the show eventually that because kaira never divorced, have a son together and are all three living under the same roof, kaira are still legally married and a couple and vedika-karthik marriage is not legally valid. This would turn the tables for the goenka's and crush their egos in a huge way. Fireiswithinus said rajan had said that viewers will see why this track came into existence as things unfold, so possibly writers might actually have some sort of positive twist in mind.

@bold: completely agree.. they need to stop sugar coating it by saying kartik didnt know naira was alive so went with the marriage... doesnt matter if kartik knew or not, they made a blunder by showing akhil chachu she was alive.. so chachu had to speak up but didnt and allowed kartik to have a second wife... and kartik had 101 clues that naira is alive.. biggest one being the whole email fiasco... when he himself said no one knew the password other than the two of them, then even went a saw a woman had logged in.. and then didnt even investigate to see who was apparently "hacking" his account..

honestly vedika blows my mind... i caught a scene few days ago where she tells naira not to be sympathetic towards her or something... i was like are you for real... for the past 4-5 years you have been gaining sympathy from everyone by being in love with a man who clearly still loves his dead wife and she still went ahead with the marriage very well knowing he will never move on... so what he said he wants to move on, first get him to prove himself that he will move on before you jump into bed with him... i dont understand who writes these dialogues.. they make me laugh when i guess they dialogues are supposed to be serious lol... i dont get why she tries to throw so much weight around naira... and have you guys noticed how they made vedika this traditional bahu with the sindoor and mangalsutra and the whole wearing sarees, where naira was more modern... and of course dadi loves vedika because she has no voice.. its all ji dadi *eyeroll*

Yes he did. He said once the track ends people would say it’s good Kartik and Naira went through this journey. Idk how anyone would appreciate a woman’s character being questioned, a father being separated from his wife and son for 5 years and bigamy. It’s ridiculous but according to him the track would have an extremely positive outcome and would be loved by the fans.

The interview was nothing but a reassurance to fans that watch whatever crap we are showing because at the end of the day, Kaira are soulmates and would reunite.

They shot the wedding sequence but didn’t air it. I don’t know if it was due to the backlash or the fact that there’s still more to it. Every sign points towards the wedding happening but I still hope, somehow, the cvs undo the whole thing. I still can’t digest that Kartik actually married someone else despite the circumstances.

No one cares about the kid’s health except for Naira. Kartik is openly treating Vedika as his wife in front of Kairav, so I have lost all little hope I had from him. Vansh is making him do poja, Dadi is making him dance with her and he’s obliging instead of asking the family to calm the f down with this marriage nonsense till his son recovers.

Also he’s started feeling jealous/insecure of Naira and Kairav’s bond going by the way he delivered the last dialogue in today’s episode, that he doesn’t know what going on with Kairav because Naira is taking care of everything. Won’t be surprised if he fights Naira for his custody.
