Can destiny be changed?

According to pandit ji Kaira were destined to have a single child...a baby girl...Kartik saved KD from police by saying..."humain pata hai hamari beti hi hogi...pandit ji ney kaha tha"...Naira gave birth to premature baby girl...who died after few hours...which means the child she was destined to give birth died...or is alive? can Aditya be behind kidnapping their child?...Nurse behavior is too weird...either she is a ghost or there is something fishy...Writers of dundh, kala saya, anhoni, kali zuban wali parosan will either show Kaira's baby being alive or might show Kaira never being able to become parents again (least likely one)...Keesh child can be the only child of both families as Naira said but that won't work in terms of trp...destiny, future predictions, premonitions, tragedies, insensitivity of families and Kartik or Naira being sad or overly self-absorbed is shown beyond a limit...(writers should try writing supernatural shows and spare us yrkkh viewers)...practically it's not possible to take the show forward without showing Kaira as parents because CVs have no interest in writing about their respective careers so what's left?...If their child is not alive they might conceive again after few months...destiny can be changed by prayers...so their destiny can also change...but writers are too pessimist for that...there can be one possibility from these...

Kaira's separation...

Kaira mourning for their child's death together...

Kaira punishing Aditya for causing accident...

Keerti gaining conscious...Naira sacrificing her motherly love for Keerti's happiness...

Aditya revealing truth...Kaira finding their alive child...

Naira won't ever be able to conceive again...

Naira leaving GV and staying in Rishikesh ashram where she can meet her own child...and feel the connection...

Kaira adopting a child (least likely)...

Kaira raising Keesh child as their own...

Kaira becoming parents after few months...

KD stealing another shank for par pota...

Surrogacy track (least likely)...

It can be changed if that's what gets the ratings.

Honestly, if Kaira's baby is dead, I don't think cvs would be willing to repeat all the scenes that they showed in the fist pregnancy and now with the baby. Either they will be shown opting for adoption, surrogacy or Keesh will sacrifice their baby for Kaira.
Maybe now Kaira will adopt but after a few years Naira will get pregnancy miraculously and then they will show how Goenkas value their blood more.
Okay I just remembered the same thing happened with Nandini. So that leaves us with surrogacy because that hasn't been shown yet :/

If Kaira baby is alive (seems doubtful) then we lost the pregnancy track we wanted for Kaira but at least they will have their own baby.

I really hope Kaira get a baby of their own, birthed by Naira, either just show the baby being kidnapped or Naira conceiving again in a few months.

The scenes with Keesh's baby seem so forced and lack the emotional connect because obviously Kartik's guilt is overshadowing everything right now.

Lastly, aren't Indian shows all about feelings and instincts. If Naira lost her baby or the baby has been kidnapped, how is she not getting those motherly feelings and sensing that something is wrong with her baby. She got dreams about Keerti's accident but not about her own baby? I know this only happens in Indian serials, but it does. So why ignore it now.

They could have shown that Naira didn't feel the connect with the baby and she shared that with Kartik. She carried her baby for 7 months but now just because she has another baby, she has lost all motherly connect to her own? Weird.

The pandith are just guessing honestly
