When he passed the baby to Naira thinking to give him motherly love, and also save Naira from the trauma of the loss which they have incurred, he directly thought ill about his sister.
He has assumed then and now wishes her to be in COMA FOREVER.
He doesn't want her to see the light of the day anymore , coz if she regains her SENSES, as per his mind status now , he will have to give away the baby.
And later on when he would stabilize, at that time if Keerthy comes in senses he will happily allow her also to cry her eyes out as he did with Naksh today.
Wow ! Really ! CV's have outdone themselves this time in showing Karthik's immense love and loyalty towards HIS Naira. đđđ (slow claps). Am sure no telly hero can reach this level.
