I have only seen precap and the whole picture will get clear tomorrow but don't know I feel in the precap kartik's expression were not as shocking as I expected to be on knowing the cause of naira's leg injury. May be I expected more.

I think, after knowing about injury, kartik will also try to stop naira from dancing when she will dance due to jealousy, as per articles. This will further strengthen dadi's doubt of naira being pregnant. And when due to leg pain kartik will rush her to hospital, then dadi will become sure of naira's pregnancy and kartik naira accepting due to mansi and anmol.

I think it was fine. I didnt expect a mouth drop or eyes full of tears soon as hearing that. I think initially for him to just stare like that in shock like am i hearing right is good way to go about it...

Later he can cry and whine...

Also kartik has stopped showing emotions on point of things he hides alot...so i guess it goes with everything
