What is with the VO of the seg

Karthik ne ki saari hadein par, for him Naksh has betrayed his sister and he has only caught his collar, what hadein par in that.

Then the other scene VO saying Karthik ne diya Naira ko Dhaka, but it doesn't look like that, Karthik is sitting, Naira is trying to catch his hand and Karthik gets up all of a sudden that she ends up getting pushed, accidentally and you can see Karthik was about to come close and pick up Naira if Naksh didn't enter.

Why are they are making it look like Karthik is so wrong in getting angry, isn't a brother supposed to be angry at a person who kept his sister in darkness and has been lying to his entire family.
