kaira are mandatory always as they are the leads. The rest depend on the tracks, like I love Mishti but still at the moment I don't find her as a mandatory character at the moment but yes during the triangle track she was. Same for Gayu she was required during during the triangle track to be the third wheel and to fulfil the rasams which saali's do during weddings but now she has nothing much to do. Rajshri Nani also was a needed character right after Akshara's death because she was the one who guided and supported Naira the most. At the moment the track is kind of focusing on K's relation with family, so for now his relation with them, especially dadi and SuvarNish is really important, because he loves dadi most and hates SuvarNish most from the family. When Mansi track comes, Mansi and Chachu will be in main focus.
