Yes I think he will because I don't think he will be able to get married to Naira with this in his heart that Mansi killed Akshara! But we will have to wait and see! If he only told one person I don't know who he would choose!

I really really really hope he does and there is no MU or anything otherwise it will be one of the most horrible character assassination. Imagine Karthik being so happy in his wedding despite knowing Mansi has an involvement in Akshara's accident and keeping mum about it or him telling Naira the truth by a letter or something and then not even waiting for her reply and then going back to enjoy the wedding.
The worst that can happen is Karthik messages Naira, someone else (chachu or creep) reads the message, replies that she doesn't mind and is okay and forgives Mansi and then deletes the message. But then how will creep or chachu get Naira's phone, so even this is next to impossible.

No, it will be revealed only after the wedding. Aditya will come to know about mansi truth somehow and karthick hiding it so he will blackmail him when it comes to Aditya and keerthi wedding problems discussion and karthick will ask naira/keerthi to forgive Aditya. The reason Aditya is doing this is to take revenge from naira and also separate kaira. One thing is confirmed in all of this is there is definately a separation track immediately after the wedding.
In all these what I'm not able to digest is how can karthick be so cool and happy in his baraat after hiding such a big thing from naira, romance after marriage very slim chances. Naira forgiving karthick for hiding this truth is not going to happen.future episodes will be bringing in drama, drama.. all these because of that stupid selfish chachu. For now let's forget the drama quotient and enjoy the wedding because after 2 weeks it will be more and more family drama..

Not telling her the truth would assassinate kartiks character beyond repair and I really hope that they wouldn't do it.

And the desert setting is perfect for a truth confession, the creatives would be crazy if they let that chance go!

Also, if he has to be seen dreaming of the zaalima sequence and dancing around happily at the wedding, he has to have gotten the guilt out of his system, wanra socho how can he be so carefree and be seen enjoying himself?

Unless the roll down the sand dune has given him a temporary memory loss, which is highly unlikely😆
