It won't be shown immediately, maybe by the end of the month and by then more than a month will be over for Aks death and maybe in the show even more as they don't show each and everyday that passed in between.

And Akshara is shown as missing presumed dead but no evidence of that - therefore the hope remains alive and people often go about doing routine things if they have hope.
