I don't think she would confess to someone else, unless that someone else is either Ak or Nk.

Yes and p ki dadi will tell about p a delusional also and since Naksh is not here to say that Karthik played with both girls, maybe they bought bua dadi for the job because the other people know K very well that he is not a kind of person ko play with people's feelings.
