As per telly tadka, Karishma will come to know of love triangle & use Gayu to get back at Akshara.

she will provoke Gayu ( I think will tell her that Naira is stealing Kartik from her) and Gayu will get mad.

But good news is they said, Naira will want Kartik for herself as she loves him, so it will put AK in a fix as to which daughter to support.

Now, I just hope Naira confesses before all this, coz then I don't care who thinks what, coz knowing Naira loves him too, kartik won't go anywhere near P

I guess Ak will know of Kartik ka love for Naira and she will come to know of Gayu love for Kartik she will be confused what to do as Kartik doesn't love gayu and loves naira so she wouldn't want Gayu to be in a relationship with him

And when she will try to go against it Gayu will MU her and create problems and then it will be revealed that Kaira love each other
