why did karthik leave his house

So What do you think the reason behind karthik leaving his house is.

1. Karthik's dad cheated on his mom and she committed suicide, karthik blames his father for his mother's death. (We had thought that Rose maybe karthik sister, so maybe Mr.Kapoor was in love with Martha, he came to India to tell the family, but the got him married with Karthik's mother and he never told her the truth)

2. Karthik and his family met with an accident, when his dad was driving the car. (Like someone on the forum had mentioned that Karthik frustration on rash driving might be related to his past)

3. Not Mr.Kapoor but karthik was driving the car, he is guilt ridden as he feels that he is responsible for his mother's death.

4. Karthik liked working in the family business but wasn't able to explore his abilities as everyone always used to appreciate all his ideas, even if it was wrong, so it was hard for him to improve. Basically frustrated of the malik ka beta treatment.

5. Karthik's favourite, family is an over protective one, Karthik being the only son, everyone over concerned with him. Karthik did not like the over protectiveness and moved out.

But during the scene where karthik thinks that there is an animal on the other side when it is actually naira , then he is like mujhe carrer badhana hai, shaadi karti hai. I don't think he considers family business as his own, waise karthik un mein se nahi who will leave family easily

After rakhi episode I feel mystery is more than what we see.just scared of naira tieing rakhi seems very minimal chance.i dont think they will show karthiks family before Switzerland track.

Am I the only one who voted for other?😆

But I honestly think it is different.

My reason - Karthik's mother died when he was young . Dad couldn't handle loosing his mom so he kinda ignored Karthik as well. I'm thinking his family is a dis functional one like the Oberois in IB. they are more interested in money than relationships? He is tired of living that life and so he just left thinking there was more to life than just money and business.

This could explain why he values mother-daughter bond so much and also why he loves Naira's family. He sees in them what his family could have been if his mom was alive?

Karthik couldn't have left for a less cardinal reason than that. He cares too much for him to do it otherwise
