I like the character of Karthik a lot , n used to dislike Gayu . But now I have to say that he is really hypocritical and is having double standards . On the drop of a hat , he will call Gayu as his best friend , but has he really helped her in any manner ? Not at all , infact he didnt even look at her designs properly when she asked for a feedback. He used her when he wanted help in filing the application -
poor girl likes him so much that she took such a risk ...

And today the comment that Gayu need to change her attitude .. Did he tell it to Naira when she was crying nonstop and chanting mere papa ka sapna a million times , when Gayu's jewellery broke - she doesnt have a right to be upset ? and it is okay for Naira to bahofy buckets of tears as if world has come to an end

Poor girl will be shattered when she knows that both the people whom she loves the most - for them she is not a priority ..

Dint you previous epi's he did send her some designs n when naira was crying for papa's sapna she dint have a choice but to wait till next year but here gayu has a choice instead of crying n blaming ak she could have fixed that jewelry.
N he said her to change attitude as a good friend, none of ur friends would advice you to blame ur mother like figure, what he did was right.
I think you have problem with every character except gayu even though she is the one who is problem in this situation

Even waiting 1 year is also an option ... , i didnt get why she was so hyper about "papa ka sapna "-Family members should have asked her to relax after all it is not a matter of life and death -

I disagree and even if I did agree, I think "double standards" is too strong a phrase to describe the situation any way. Karthik's meaning was not directed towards Gayu crying, it was directed at Gayu blaming Akshara for the broken jewellery and the comment about Akshara loving Naira more. At that moment in time, fixing the jewellery would have been a better option then crying. Gayu could have handled and fixed the situation. When Naira was crying about her dance academy she didn't have a way to fix it. The difference in the situation is quite obvious actually- Naira was blaming herself for her own mistake and Gayu was blaming Akshar for Gayu's mistake. The difference in situation is the reasom for the difference in Karthink's reaction.

Wow u can see gayu's competition as huge thing but not naira's,now that is double standard gal
Naira's papa's dream is most imp for naira bcz after coming back home after several years and immediately being away from ur father is the most painful thing for her. This dance academy is sooo close to her father, to fuflil his dream is like life & death matter for her
when she dint submit the application she dint blame karthik

It is better not to resort to personal comments - better we stick to the characters

And to clarify this is not double standards , Naira hadnt put any efforts for her "papa ka sapna " -If something happened after she putting lot of efforts - I would have told the same thing about Naira too

And the dance academy being so close to Naitik - is dance academy important for Naitik more than Naira - I didnt understand why none of the family members asked her to just take it easy ..

regarding today's comment , Karthik didnt understand Gayu or her insecurities or what she was going through ( what her mind has fabricated) - he was just judging her - and if he was such a good friend , he wouldnt have risked her into filing application fiasco -

Akshara does love Naira more , that is the truth .., if not Akshara would have been beside her not fixing Naira's dupatta .. . Naira also could have fixed the dupatta herself na

Naira keeps on blaming , taunting Akshara due to her misunderstanding,
She is absolutely right from her pov -That is fine with Karthik , but Gayu has to change her attitude when she told the truth

I already admitted before that Akshara loves Naira and it is her right to love Naira more because you cannot ask a mother to love anyone more then her child. However Akshara only loves Nara perhaps one % more. She's not perfect, she's human. I'm 17 so perhaps I don't understand motherhood very well but I think what Alshara did in that instance was right. Were you really expecting Akshara to leave Naira alone when she needed her? Don't you think that would've been unfair to Naira? Gayu made the jewller herself, she could've fixed it heralf, why didn't she? Naira doesn't know all these stitches and things. If you can see how much Gayu needed Akshara at that moment, why is it so hard for you to see that Naira needed her too?

Naira's needs could have been fulfilled from any family member - she getting ready properly
But Akshara was Gayu's show stopper - she should have reached there on time - that should have been her priority ...But she let her motherly feelings came in - that is the truth
