If she is good than she will help karthik learn dance and tell Naira to join a couple dance competition and make karthik her partner.
If she is bad she will ask Naira to lock herself up and give all attention to dance, so she doesn't have time to realize her feelings for karthik (waise bhi ab uske pass kaunsa time hai)

I think it's akshara only as in one sbs segment hina said now she has to choose between two people ...one is gayu who likes Karthik or Karthik who loves Naira ...so I think it's akshara only...because any one else knowing it won't give any spicy drama ,only akshara knowing will atleast spice up drama and gayu can do bechari act ...and convince akshara and now gayu's dadi to add water on Karthik dream and increase gayu's insecurities ...someone has to poke gayu's bubble height time Yaar ...or give her some brains atleast she can take mishtis brains na after seeing KAIRA so close also she thinks of karthik

gayu is blind as well as brianless.everytime she makes faces seeing kaira together.everytime.still she doesnt understand kartik is more inclined towards naira n not her n this is the reason shes getting irritating for this brainless characterisation.

When she was havinghaving kartik fighting with goons for het flashback I was like kuch toh ghanti baji and then she goes like this and back to square😆lekin she did have a flashback and that baby step is enough for me now.
