I think Naitik took such major step to clear the growing insecurity inside naman-karishma's minds regarding property, so to end drama, he gave his shares to them jut to satisfy their greed and need. At least now they should get that Naitik d akshara rae not greedy for property which is of course of their own.

Yes. Naman needs to be taught a lesson and this is the way to it, by having everything on his name, naman will gradually feel guilty. Naitik is just giving a silent treatment to naman and karishma's insecurity. Everyone has their Ownway of tackling things so as Naitik.

Why not?

I know he should have discussed with at least akshara but he may have thought that even akshara will agree to it when she will come to know it, so that's why he took this way of teaching a lesson.
