This is because of over pampering.

Its not neccessary that his parents will tell him what they are doing.
He was sitting on Gaytri's head before and now he is sitting on Akshara and Naitik' head.

As far as Akshara and naitik:Their parenthood is so unpredictable😕

Unpredictable can be tagged onto Naitik. He sometimes becomes a calm dad and sometimes he just storms duggu out. Akshara is always her sweet herself. But she is sweet in excess. That's why duggu has got diabetes.
