The Episode starts with everyone talking to the doctor. He says Gayatri is still unconscious, she is in critical condition anything can happen is she doesn't get conscious by morning. Rajbanna says you are doctor so do something. Bhabhimaa cries and says do anything and save my choti dulhan. Akshara says if you say we will take her somewhere else. We will do whatever you say but please just save her. Doctor says, sorry I can't do anything more then this. Just pray that she get conscious soon. Doctor leaves. Naitik tells everyone to be patient, he says maa will surely get conscious. He says i have spoken a doctor from Mumbai and he said if the operation is successful she will get conscious soon. Everyone feels relieved. Naitik says Maa is strong, nothing is gonna happen to her.
The nurse asks everyone to go home as so many people can't stay in the hospital. Everyone says they will stay. Nurse says it will be good if a lady stay. Akshara says I will stay. Nurse says I don't think you are in that condition to stay. Rajshri says no she is very strong, she will stay here and look after Gayatri.
Naitik asks everyone to leave, and he will come after shifting Gayatri to ICU. Shaurya says he will stay but Naitik says no you go home. everyone cries and take leaves.
At m's, Duggu says how come no one came to take us yet. He says I want to go home. Kaki says this is also your home. Everyone comes from the hospital. Kids gets happy to see them. Duggu asks them where were they and tells them that Gayatri is planning a big surprise for him. Varsha says it takes time to plan a big surprise so tonight you will stay here. Ananya says it will be fun staying together. They get excited.
At hospital, Akshara is crying. Naitik comes she hugs him. He says why are you crying. Maa will be fine. He tells her go and do some formalities, till then he will talk to the doctor in Mumbai.
Akshara gets call from Duggu. He says when are you coming to take me. Akshara says I can't come today you stay at nani's. Duggu says then send dadi, where is she, let me talk to her.Akshara says dadi is resting now. He says do you know what surprise she planned. Akshara says Suprise... he says yes she told us that she will give us a surprise if we listen to her. No one is telling us so you give us a hint. Akshara cries and says I don't know. Duggu says ask her. Akshara says she is taking a rest coz she was tired. Duggu says I understand she must got tried after planning our special suprise. He says come and take me I'll take care of her and she will get better. Akshara says I can't come today so you stay there tonight. Duggu says okay but come in the morning to take me. He makes her promise.
Akshara puts the phone down and cries. Naitik comes and she says Duggu is waiting for Maa's suprise. what can we tell him, and how long can we hide. Naitik says as long as we can, we have to handle this situation. When maa get conscious in the morning we will get and and explain everything but till then you control yourself.
The nurse comes and says we have shifted the patient to the ICU. Everyone goes and see her (The sad version of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai plays in the background) nurse says you only got two minutes. Everyone cries seeing her in that condition. Nurse asks them to leave. Everyone leaves and Akshara stays with Gayatri. She sits by her side and says Your Lalla is waiting for you and anyway you don't like hospitals so we will go home soon. There is so much to do over there. She cries and says wake up soon please, wake up by morning. She lays her head down in Gayatri's side and cries.
At ss, Bhabhimaa is crying. Naitik consoles her and says Maa will be fine you don't worry. He says you see in the morning Akshara will call and say maa wants breakfast made by you. Bhabhimaa cries. Girija, Sudha and Maharaj ji also crying. Rajbanna comes and gives some bandage to Naitik. He says take them to hospital for your mum. Naitik says okay I'll take them. Rajbanna says shall I come with you. Naitik says no you take rest now, tomorrow morning we have to go and meet maa anyway. Bhabhimaa still crying. Naitik says listen to me, the way your faith kept me alive that way it will help maa as well. He asks Maharaj ji about Dadda ji.
Akshara is with Gayatri. Gayatri moves a little.. Akshara tells the nurse. The nurse goes to call the doctor. Akshara calls Gayatri. Gayatri looks at her and give a slight smile. Akshara says are you okay. Gayatri blinks her eyes and says yes. Akshara cries and says we all were worried. Thank god that you got conscious. Gayatri looks around. Akshara says you are in hospital but you don't worry. She sees Gayatri is still looking around. She asks who are you looking for. She says everyone was here, they went home a while ago coz they don't let everyone stay here for too long. Everyone will come in the morning. Gayatri slowly ask about Duggu. Akshara says he is absolutely fine, he doesn't know anything. We didn't tell him on purpose. Gayatri holds Akshara's hand. Akshara says you will get better nothing will happen to you. Akshara calls the nurse and says maa is getting conscious call the doctor. Gayatri takes her mask off. Akshara tries to stop her. Gayatri says, I won't survive. Akshara shouts and says what are you saying, doctor said you will get better soon as you get conscious. She tries to put the mask back on. Gayatri takes it off and says listen to me. Akshara gets worried and shuts for doctor. Gayatri says I won't survive, after me you have to take care of everyone. Akshara cries and says please don't say such thing, I'm scared. Gayatri says take care of everyone, Bhabhimaa, Dadaji, Munna and your Bauji will be alone so take care of them. Akshara cries and says what are you saying! nothing will happen to you, you will be fine soon. Gayatri says I'm going... Akshara shuts and says I won't listing to you. Put the mask on. Gayatri says I won't see Rashmi's baby. Akshara says why not, you will play with the baby on your lap. Just be a bit strong. Gayatri says Rajbanna will be all alone after me so you promise tbat you won't let him be alone. Akshara says he won't be alone. You will be with him to look after him. Gayatri says you promise me that you will take care of everyone. She says promise me! Akshara cries. Gayatri again says promise me. Akshara says okay I promise but you also promise that you will not leave us and go anywhere. We can't live without you. You have to get better for us for your Lalla. He won't be able to live without his dadi. Gayatri says don't scold Lalla and tell him his dadi loves him a lot. Akshara says please stop now and calls the nurse. Doctor comes and tries to put the mask on. Gayatri doesn't let him and says to Akshara, you promised, you are my daughter and I'm leaving everyone on your trust.. you take care, my blessing is with you. Doctor tells her to stop and calm down. Akshara sits beside her holding her hands. Gayatri takes her last breath. Akshara is shocked. Gayatri's hands drops. Akshara shouts Maaa... doctor checks her pulses. He says I'm sorry, inform your family. Akshara looks at Gayatri in shock. She runs outside crying. She tries to call but couldn't do it. She drops the phone. đđ
At home Naitik is sleeping in the lounge. He feels something and wakes up. He calls Akshara and asks is maa conscious. Akshara says Naitik maa... Naitik says I'm not able to hear you. Akshara says maa left us Naitik and cries. Naitik is in shock. He says I'm coming.. episode ends in Naitik's shocked face.
Precap: Akshara is talking to the doctor. Sge says please try one more time. She might be still alive. Doctor says I understand your situation. Akshara shouts and says you don't know maa is very strong, nothing will happen to her, try one more time please.

(I never wanted to do update of such episode but I'm glad I did coz without a doubt this is one of the best episode of YRKKH! one more historic episode and date to remember. Hats off to Hina and Sonali for their outstanding acting! đđ)
