Naitik says "It is important to be healthy internally. Having an impressive exterior and not having a great immune system is not good. I try and eat healthy and hygienic food and exercise on a regular basis."

Akshara smiles "Dry fruits are extremely good for healthy hair and skin, especially almonds soaked in water are very nourishing. I do have a weakness for chaat but I keep my junk food eating habits in check."

"It is a surprise I am not over weight!", chucklesSooraj. "As I own a sweet shop it is very tempting for me to have sweets, and at times I do indulge myself. However I do realize the importance of eating healthy and staying fit."

Sandhya says, "House work usually keeps me fit and active. I prefer home food as it is healthy and clean, it also helps me fall sick less often. Green leafy vegetables and pulses are a huge part of my diet."
