I guess the recipient's inbox needs to be clear...
So try it if that works...

yeah..there is a limit of maximum pms..when you'll click on inbox there at bottom it is mentioned about how many messages you have out of some number..n also the % of inbox full..so the recepient have to check their inbox..i think you are asking for the same..😊
