So I spent some time reflecting on the last track in the show. I feel that since the birth of little Naksh, this immigration track was the best one yet. The emotions and feelings that were conveyed on screen, brilliant. Reminded me once again why this show is so immensely special and close to my heart.
My favorite emotional scenes/interchanges were: Akshara and dadi, and Akshara and Shourya. These two were flawless and I was crying more than Akshara while watching. So real, so genuine. Akshara's relationship with her dadi is extra special for me to watch because that is just how I was with my grandmother (dadi). The relationship is very simply a priceless one. Right next would be Akshara and Gayatri, followed by Naitik and sisters. Akshi and Vishambharnath was also good.
Leaving behind such a loving, happy joint family is not easy. Even in this so-called 'modern' and 'fast' world. So I thought the track was extremely realistic. No over-acting. No exaggeration. However, the sudden return of Naitik and Akshara was a bit questionable. More because of the timing than anything else I think. I mean, they were almost on the plane! But anyway, the whole thing was too beautiful to complain 😊
The Singhanias and Maheshwaris understanding Naitik's plan and wishes was also incredible. Although I couldn't help but notice, why was Naitik leaving without even saying bye to his friend and brother-in-law Mohit?????
