no tafseer, wat they r showing is not fake. internal injuries do happen.BM's head got hitted to the stool, jiski wajah se wo behosh ho gayi n we know head is ths most sensitive part of Body, so,internal injuries ho saktha hain and there can be clot in brain too,😊.sometimes there won't be any immediate effect,lekin it can cause problems after many years too.

why i m saying this means, such incident had happened with my aunt few years back. one day she fell near house, kuch samay baad she had severe head-ache nad later it was found that there was clot in brain. but TG, doctor told that it can be cured with medicines only,no surgery required.😊.some cases doctors will ask patients to tak medicines for life-time.😲

sorry guys, if i have bored u all, i just share the info i had with me.just wanted to tell, wat they showed is not fake,it do happen. but yes, since it is a show, they exagurate few things.😊
