First things first- i m NOT here to ASK this questions! I already KNOW what is goin wrong😊 So i m here to share it with u all
Well, this is an informative post- i have only one request for u all😳
Please read the full post with a rational mind, and then come up with counter arguments😊
I m not posting in a bullet format-- some reason behind it!😛
Multiple Posts for a Single Topic
When i come to the forum, i see like 4-5 posts FOR THE SAME TOPIC! When i open them, i realise its just an argument which is connected to a previous post😲 U know what? i find this very kiddish! I mean what are u all thinking? if u open new topics, ur views will be given more importance?😲 Im afraid, but that is NOT the case! The actual thing that happens, is that the views decrease, and so does the views-is-to-comments ratio! And eventually, the CM rating! coz "Views and Activity" is a very essential criteria which influences the CM rating
So, i would like to request people, not to post muliple topics! I know the case would have been different if there would be some changes in the forum-- but ya, the thing is, u can not open new topics for discussing the same thing!
Opening Topics For Posting Questions
This also reduces the CM rating! Why? Coz people generally dont open topics asking for help! The Help Desk has been created for the same puprose! Then why shud we entertain people who are not posting questions there?
Thus, the views decrease! And so does the CM
Comments On Written Updates/Video Links
I agree this increases the activity- but hang on! are u spamming at places where spamming is NOT allowed? We can chat to an extent, on such threads! But posting "thanx for the wu", "thanks" is CONSIDERED SPAMMING! and people CAN be warned for spamming on WU's!
So, next time u comment on the WU/Video, etc u have to write atleast one line about the epi, besides ur "thanx"😊
I remember only this much right now! i had made a list, but at the moment, i cant recall more than this!
It is a sincere request to think over whatever i said in the post, before u post something the next time
