Naitik is Akshara's rock
Akshara was depressed after going through the miscarriage and it was Naitik who stood by her like a rock. He tried making Akshara forget her pain by hiding his sadness and pretending to be happy for her sake. He even sent her to her maternal home in the hope that spending time with her family will make her feel better. He kept asking her not to lose hope as she can get pregnant again and now that Akshara is pregnant he is taking good care of her. He also convinced his mother to allow Akshara to visit the gynecologist that she trusts.
