Akshara gets a new look!

Viewers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai are in for a surprise tonight as Naitik convinces Akshara to trade her sari and heavy jewelry look for a trendy salwar kameez with minimum jewelry for a party that they will be attending.

At first Akshara is hesitant but later gives in. Akshara has been wearing saris since her wedding and the salwar kameez look is a refreshing change for her and hopefully for her fans too.

We spoke to an excited Akshara who says "My new look has made me nostalgic and I can't help remembering the my pre marriage days when I used to wear salwar kurtas. This outfit is so comfortable and it did not take me too much time to get ready like it normally does". Revealing some details about her look she says "It's a beautiful red coloured salwar suit with hardly any jewelry just big earrings and nothing around the neck which is very unlike my normal look".

An appreciative Naitik says "The new look was a little change that I planned for Akshara. Considering it is a youngsters party, I thought she should wear a salwar suit, so I got her the red sawlar and managed to convince her to wear it with great difficulty. Even Rashmi helped me to convince her. We are hoping to have a good time as its been really long since we went out together for a party, so I'm really looking forward to it".
