i don't think that it was a kiss....Naitik asked her does she knows for what he has ben calling her...toh Akshara answered that she does.,...😳 😳 😳 toh when he asked for it toh she whispered in his ears...😳 😳
i think she said about the their would-be-baby...🤣
definitely it was about their baby hence leading to SMP...😍
