Shocked at nandini

I cant believe Nandini just stood there and let everyone scream at Akshara! If she really loves Mohit she should have stood up for herself. Naitik completely lost it but Akshara did spoil things for herself by looking guilty, standing there and blubbing. Yes, she should have told Naitik but its not like she was having an affair, it was nandini and Mohit's secret.
The show was realistic becuase from my 15 yr exoerience of married life whenever anythign goes wrong, the bahu is the convenient scapegoat for everyone to vent their anger. One ahs to really assert oneself specially with a husband like naitik who is so easily led into misunderstandings.

awesome commenttttt, totally agreed. akshara is simply stupid. i thought this drama was a really good drama with strong themes. here they should have shown as a moral that akshara stands up for herself and clearly says everyone that it is not her fault if nandini and mohit fall for each other and that nandini is not a kid and she should have made her own decisions. also, she should have said them that this is not thewayu talk to ur daughter in law, its totally unacceptable. yes she did wrong but talking to her this way is too harsh and rude. she should definately divorce naitik who only loves her when he thinks she is right and runs after his family, and is almost a servant.

in this day and age, we have this drama being shown on tv. i dont understand what kind of a reality they are trying to portray here. the double standards in the society are extremely highlighted in this show. Akshara's love for Naitik is conditional, she is in love with him, because she is married to him. the singhanias are an extremely orthodox family, the reactions to her doings and misdoings is extreme. naitiks mother and bhani ma are extreme cases of interefering dominating mother in laws. in this day and age, who stops there daughter in law from visiting her family. for godsake, they live in the same city and she only goes for a few hours. Naitiks reaction to akshara going to her mothers house was unbelievable, even when she apologized, i thought he would redeem himself and apologize for his stupidities, but he just gloated abt it and accepted it as if he is some sort of a king and she is his possession.

Similarly, if his best friend and his sister is having an affair, its not akshara's fault. the singhanias need to take a chill pill and concentrate on the real issue, instead of accusing her and making life difficult for her.

Any girl in aksaharas situation would have left them and filed for divorce. Naitik comes across as a confused, childish, immature and selfish brat, who does not see anything other than his own beliefs and issues. i think he needs to grow a pair and figure out what he really wants.

one of my post even i mentioned the same, if a husband behave this way to his wife infront of his family, there is no chance that they can get back together and lead a happy married life.. hurt will remain in her mind forever for his behaviour.. she had good intentions in her mind for encouraging this relationship, as nandini do not wanted to get married and there was no proposal at that time when akshara was encouraging this relationship, family easily forgot their mistake and taking it on her.. family encouraged this guy's visit, and closeness with their own daughters.. why they didn't kept a distance with him? yes this relationship is betn his best friend and his elderest sister, why he is accusing askhara, means he has no sense at all..

Naitik has been disgusting from day1-- very immature and childish-- i hope u folks remember that he expected Akshara to say sorry for that Aishwarya-Katrina argument they had-- oh, so, Akshsra has to lose her individuality and jus accept his views/ ideas, however stupid they may be, our munna that is-- i bet he hasnt grown up -- still the 10 year old spoilt brat he is ---

i agree with u alll... as im also a married woman... i felll that naitik is totally immature to be married...the most important thing in a miaariage to go on is that both discuss the issues n have an agreement.. but naitik isnt willing to discuss anything..he doesnt want to listen anything....in future if it repeats, their love, affection, attraction n the chemistry between akshara n naitki will fade away..they will be like statues..

right, the way naitik kept all blames on akshara was ridiculous. & mostly the bahu is blamed for everything. it was nandini who loved akshara, & not that akshara asked her to love Mohit!

Yes, nandini left Akshara and went to her room....so convenient......I have said earlier also that Nandini was never there when Akshara was accused of anything even when it was Nandini's fault. She would just conveniently ditch her and apologize later.
