Naitik acted like a complete idiot by yelling and blaming Akshara for everything in front of everyone. Agreed that he was hurt, angry and felt cheated by her. But this was no way to solve the issue.
He should have done this privately behind the closed doors of their bedroom. No sane person would treat his wife like this. Naitik and Akshara are husband-wife so they will eventually resolve all their differences and put everything behind them.
But as far as Naitik's family is concerned, Akshara will have a hard time getting back their trust and love. The damage is already done. Moreover Nandini has fallen in love with Mohit, not Akshara. So putting all the blame on her makes no sense.
