Love is in the air for Naitik and Akshara - Articl

Actors Karan Mehra (Naitik) and Hina Khan (Akshara) shot the romantic sequence recently in Mumbai. Karan says it was not difficult to do the romantic sequences. "It was the first night after our marriage. Everyone was waiting for us to be together and it is finally happening. It is a nice story and I hope people like it." It has been more than a month since the on-screen couple got married but they couldn't enjoy their first night together because to various obstacles.

Karan says, "As an actor we know that it is not real; instead of creating too much hype about romantic scenes, we just have to do it and move on. Hina and I have been working together for a while so we just read what is required and do the scenes. It is just a character I am playing. Besides, my family is broad minded so they do not mind watching the scenes."

For the scene, Karan had to lift Hina and carry her up the stairs, across a hall and down a corridor. "It was difficult because we had to do many retakes from various angles, so I began feeling tired. Before that I had to perform at Star's Diwali event for which I had done a lot of lifts, so my back started hurting."

Naitik and Akshara's much-awaited romantic sequence will air in a week's time.
