Part 17

They were awaken by Akshara's phone which rang indicating a call from home. Akshara took the cell and answered the call. It was from Varsha. She told Akshara that Shaurya was down with a fever and has to be taken to hospital. She asked if Akshara could take care of Lakshya(Shava's baby) for sometime as Rajshri has gone to her maika because, it was Nani's birthday, the next day. Akshara pleasantly agreed and Varshe said that bhola would bring Lakshya soon to her house. Akshara shared her excitement with Naitik who was also happy to see Akshara exited. She went and quickly took a bath and went down to meet Gayathri. Gayathri was taken aback by the sudden change in Akshara and asked whether Akshara would sing the bhajan for them. She happily agreed and started to sing. Everyone Came down and Akshara sang the bhajan beautifully. Daddaji and bhabhimaa praised her and asked her to remain happy like that forever. She made tea for Naitik when Bhola arrived with Lakshya. Soon, the Singhanias sat down for breakfast and Akshara was feeding Lakshya when he suddenly started to cry. Naitik had finished his food and asked Akshara to hand over Lakshya to him so that she can have her food peacefully. Lakshya and Naitik went out to the garden and started to play. Gayathri was passing by, when she saw the two boys playing happily and her eyes became wet. Naitik asked her to join them and Gayathri wiped her tears and did so. Soon, Akshara also joined them and everyone had a great time playing together. Soon, Lakshya dozed off in Akshara's arms and she took him to her room and kept him on the bed. Naitik also came in and started to work on his laptop. Akshara went to their cupboard and took their wedding album and started to go through it. She finished going through them and looked at Naitik who was busy with his work and smiled.

5 MONTHS LATER……………….

Akshara had still not regained her memory, but had adjusted with the Singhanias and with the truth that she is Mrs Akshara Naitik Singhania. They had become very good friends and Naitik checked himself from going very close to her, else she would feel uncomfortable. It was almost like living the initial days of their marriage once more. Their first wedding anniversary was nearing and Akshara knew this. Naitik had planned a simple dinner for both of them. Soon the day arrived and everyone greeted them and Naitik took Akshara for the dinner. They had a good time there dancing and dining. They came back home tired and Naitik had some work for the next day at office and was busy working on the laptop and Akshara looked at him and smiled. She went and stood in front of him and said: "Naitik, I think I have fallen in love with you……….…."
