actually Gayitri had an idea tht aksh will not like it..Rashmi said tht Naitik will not like it for Akshara...and Akshara too likes simple designs....so she will obviously understand...i wonder why nobody noticed it till now.....nobody at Maheshwari house or Naitik's family member asked her about the engagement ring..i mean it was such a huge thing..it's hard not to notice such a big thing
