i think by knowing akshara and rituraj past ,........naitik will think he got the akshara after rejecting rituraj.also he doesn't like rituraj.he may be upset about this matter.and may be avoid aksahra.only he will think akshara came to his life after rejecting rituraj.

and if rituraj says i reject akshara then naitik will sure become angry with rituraj and willwill have frustation

He would get mad bc it happened with Rituraj and if he finds out that Akshara choose Rituraj as her first chioce....he will def feel jealous and mad
