umm....when we hit the 'Like' button for any post, the person who has posted that post gets a vote.The number of 'Likes' his/her all posts have received, decides the number of votes.

Hall of Fame is the display of ranking of members based on the number of votes they get!

2) as far as the rules are concerned and as far as I know, it's not allowed to create separate topics for each photo. Instead, the photos are to be posted only in the picture gallery... I have no idea abt y nd how tht person created a new topic for a single pic😕....
