I voted for the first one.. but I'm not gonna lie my mind also went to Purva telling Gayatri aunty about Sidushka spending the night together 😆 But I trust Purva not to say anything.

Siddhant is supposed to learn the significance behind his name right?

So he has to be discouraged from taking the wrong path.

maybe he will blurt out that he thinks Heera got killed because of him and that's why gets slapped?

Actually could be any of the reasons you have mentioned.
