I dont think they are getting married but if they are in the temple then it's may be because next day he is leaving and no court is open at night. So, the temple.

They aren't getting married obviously I am just assuming

No Siddhant will not leave because Parabhkar case in still pending but I don't know I don't feel like predicting much
