After feeling Purva should get a boyish person for her bubbly self, shipping her remotely with Karthik - I'm done with all Purva angles. I don't think she's getting anyone opposite her. For me, it's okay. Not a big deal!

But, Mr. Jha seems to be into Sharat Chandra (author of Dev Dad and Parineeta) you must know. EDKV had shades of Dev Das. This one might have some inspiration from Parineeta. Just wondering 😳

EDKV was made DD due to poor execution 🥱

And the biggest thing - EDKV was completely focussed into love story while this isn't. If romance is the central idea you keep getting separations as there's no story ahead if the couple is in peace. But here it's more about realising the value of ethics over success. Hence we're getting good moments!

I think Parineeta has positive ending. I didn't watch the movie but read the book when I was in middle school so I forgot the ending.
