I think real love is not about looks at all! So Anu loves Sid not his looks- she loved him anyways. So that is not a concern but being a middle class guy and a lawyer is for KK...

And the article said this guy was positive

Yes exactly. I liked Adi's character and they simply spoiled it towards end. It was totally unnecessary.
