Good post. I think if you are best friends with someone for life to the extent KK and Pravakar are or were, there has to be some fundamental similarities in ideas, values, and perception. Which we see here between these two friends.
I am loving KK's character. So perceptive. His eyes miss nothing expressed or suppressed.

That's a great post @Lifez_Beautiful 👍🏼. Last few episodes we have had a better understanding of the Reddys, although they remain quite a mystery.

Building on the comparisons you made, KK is much more inclusive than Prabhakar was. KK's family does not stand behind him.. they are with him. I also find it interesting that Prabhakar was not into vegetables garden.. while KK has a little veggie patch of his own.

Moreover, prabhakar was always trying to protect his family from his perceived ill-effects of consumerism while KK is busy ensuring his Telugu legacy is always included in this pseudo-gulti-punjabi household!

Anu always ends up picking Sinhas over Reddys though. I am so apprehensive thinking what future holds. That scene where they are both speaking to their teen self

Rightly said dear! If 2 ppl r truly friends,they must hv something very similar that they both could connect to! I think their rooted behaviour is what connected kk n prabhz .😳

N yup, KK is a well thought out character. He is an example of the level of one's education doesn't decide one's intelligence and capability! ⭐️

@Blue: Nice point yar. But I think that's a recent development like Karthick said, these days even Appa is supporting them. Before even they were always afraid that Prabhakar was more important to their dad and felt left behind but now KK is really showing them they are equally or even more important to him than anybody else.

But I like the fact that he ensures his children heeded to his decisions be it in planting plants as a family or their professional decisions unlike Prabhakar, who showed them the right way but left them to decide for themselves whether they want or not to follow in his footsteps.

@Black: I think that is also a fundamental difference b/w them... Prabhz must hv had a relatively safe and sound childhood with no shortage of food, so what he admires is the beauty of flowers and life. KK being a coal mine worker on probably daily wages must have seen starvation in his life, so for him, the beauty lies not in fancy flowers but something more earthy,something more substantial like vegetables...food. Prabhz who was satisfied with what he had was teaching his children to look at the beauty of things they already have and Kk might be saying there is always a scope for growing something more useful, every decision should be profitable. :)

@Green: Rightly said!!⭐️ Prabhz wanted to instill the good ol' values and KK wants them to adapt to the changing times!

Aptly put. Kk and prabhakar... Similar yet different.

Guess both side children had a certain resentment towards their father's friend.

Kk is trying to involve his children...And sid too. ...Hope he mentors them well.

Do you suppose he will ask himself b4 jumping into trouble...What would prabhakar do?

Cause such s long friendship, there may be something of prabhakar in kk too.

nice post...u put lights on Prabhakar and KK's thinking and bonding...yes that reflects in Siddhant and Anuska..even Siddhant denies ...he is more Prabhakar than KK...
