Hello everyone

When the show came out, I watched like 10 minutes of E1 and left it. I then started watching it again (on recommendation from a dear friend whose fiction and non-fiction recommendations I respect a lot) around April 16th. So now, I am catching up and still have some more catching up to do. Just wanted to share what I think so far. It's all started to grow on me.😊

Love Tujhe paaya nahi hai phir bhi khone se dar raha hoon.

KK & Prabhakar share a very interesting relationship where Prabhakar is KK's confidante and sounding board but KK has nothing but power, money and pampering to offer. Prabhakar keeps rejecting it. KK cant survive without Prabhakar. Prabhakar can! Now... May be not 18 years ago, but now its all to say "thanks for your help" and gets his ego stroked in the process. KK just adores the whole Sinha package. His daughter keeps finding a safe haven in the Sinha home. Its so nicely decorated even! I hope they don't make a pixie manic dream girl out of Anoushkha. So far she is not.. and I hope they continue to be careful about that. I particularly enjoyed how she started hiding her vulnerability under a mean streak as days passed. I feel so sorry for her because as her friend, Sid let her down by not listening to her plea for help on the potential harassment. Poor kid!

Prabhakar expects his wife and kids to be open to him but does not return the favour. That tel malish scene pulled me. Why would he have such an honest conversation (The long and short of it, he does not want his son to become like the Reddy boys!😒) with his wife but never say this to his own son? There is a lot of incomplete parenting happening there. Gayatri summed it up so well. Sid is a 28-year-old well-educated successful lawyer. He tells his mother when is out late partying... what more to do want of him.

Sid's deadpan look and snarkiness has started to grow on me. He deeds to drop that massive chip on his shoulder and stop being so bratty. I get his brattiness though. But, please tell me this threadwearing, shirtless geyser of a wonder does a thing or two for you all, aye?😳🤪

Reddy wives and their sarcasm I am not too sure of.😡🤢

The makers have done a good job of the cast so far. I need to keep reminding myself to ignore the height difference between teen Anoushkha and Siddhant and the 28 year olds. Anoushkha grew by about 6 inches in America!😃

And thank you, dear Makers, for not dawdling.. The lollygagging on some of the other shows had started to get on my nerves. Thus far, I am enjoying the fast paced, packed episodes (I do not know if I am allowed to say this or not... This is exactly why I had fallen in love with KRPKAB in the first place).

The stereotypy of South Indian households gags me though. And that Bharatnatyam!?😕 What was that... Don't even get me started on the foolishness of the drugs-driving case. Let us keep logic aside. Sigh!

Prabhakar, Siddhant and Anoushkha refuse to let their vulnerable side be known.

See you all around while I play catchup
