this behavior of Sid is normal as per the person he is... he is in denial
Often if we keep someone on a pedestal and then we feel they have fallen short we tend to resent them and sometime to accept the reality
After all they say truth is a matter of perspective

I feel that Sid was the closet to Prabhakar. He craved for his dad's approval. Even a word against his dad is not acceptable. Look at the way Sid moved in between Goel and Prabhakar during the confrontation...
When someone you have placed on a pedastal falls, the impact to your own feelings, ego is huge. That's what Sid is going thru. It will take time for him to digest and until he does that he will behave as if he doesn't care. He is hurting and his brain power has gone to the age of 10 instead of a trained lawyer's thoughts.

Now, in my view, Sid joining Reddy's is a good point because only then Sid will know that he is Prabhakar's son in more ways then he ever imagined. If he is outside, he will look for short cuts to proof himself but at Reddy's, where his father worked, the shrine of Prabhakar's efforts, Sid will become the Prabhakar no one had seen.

Thank you...

Lambe and mushkil safar for Sid...but it's going to be entertaining for the viewers. The way the story is presented, we the viewers too can relate to the situation and character...It's more realistic, the rhona dhona is kept to the minimum and the actors emote well... The agony and angst shown by Namit... his body language ... very real...it's as if he is going thru the emotions and is not puting on an act.. Kudos to the director and of course the actor himself.

@jazzyM - lovely thoughts jazzy. i would love to see siddhant emerging out as new prabhakar, an advance version of his father.
yes for siddhant it is a wise move. Emotionally and practically both ways, he will be close to his father.
only that place, that cabin and chair will remind him what reputation his father had in that company. 😊

@anjurish -
thanx for your reply. yes, truth is a matter of perspective. I hope anushka helps him realizing the truth. 😊

When i heard this line, i was like siddhant grow up . creatives are very insensitive sometimes..

His father died.. his family is shattered.. and they are showing siddhant vs pitashri.. no way! I cant accept this. He grew up watching his father following right path, giving values to his children and telling them to differentiate between right and wrong. he is very well aware of his father's morals and principles. If he had no morals , he would have lived a luxurious life.

Siddhant knows neither prabhakar nor his children have ever enjoyed such luxuries then what is the point of not believing his father.. he should investigate. He should be curious to know what happened 18 years back..

He has accepted that pitashri was wrong.. its illogical.. he should not. By not investigating , he is accepting all the accusations on his father. He cant be the same siddhant who has beaten up khattar for speaking ill about his father.

His conversation with sweety ji broke my heart.. "sab theek hai. 15 din ho gye hain!." siddhant has moved on..and i am highly disappointed.. 😭

. and then siddhant and anushka..Ufff aur kitna torture kroge muje.

"sab theek hai . in fact maa bhi theek hai. Kisi k jane se kuch nhi badalta "aisa kaho na unke kamre ki safai krni hai . siddhant has become more rude.. bitter.. i am angry at him but i feel he is in big trouble.

Poor child.. his father's sudden death has hit him hard.. he thinks he is okay but he is not. i have always said he has been an inferior child from childhood.. he lacks confidence.. what he shows is swag.. not confidence.. prabhakar has confidence and he was the support system of this family..

Now siddhant is acting as if nothing has happened. And since nobody is there to stop him so he thinks, he can make his own choices.. uffo! koi batao is ladke ko. Girega muh k bal. 😕

When he entered prabhakar's room he was all emotional and was struggling with his true feelings. But in front of anushka he acted as if he has moved on. Aur strong hone ki acting dekho. I hate him.. this is pure torture. That chocolate scene and those memories were pure love.❤️

In my opinion, Purva and gayatri have actually accepted that prabhakar is no more.. they remember only good memories but siddhant... poor child is left with so many unanswered questions and what he remembers is a mix of good and bad memories, which is confusing him more.

He is happy as he has got an opportunity.. he thinks he will do what prabhakar couldn't do for their family.. he has got a short cut . legal head of kk's company. Big position.. what a short cut.. he loves short cuts. Lets see kaha tak ja pata hai wo kk k sath.. Prabhakar was bound to be with kk as he has helped him. But siddhant.. let see..

I don't want kk to be a villain.. but if he is then its a bad move by him. Taking sid under his shelter is giving him access to almost everything related to you. Very bad move.

Wow. I love anushka. She is keeping her promise made to prabhakar.

"jo bhi decision lena yeh soch k lena k prabhakar uncle hote to kya kehte

Gaytri and kk know prabhakar never wanted siddhant to work with kk. Gayatri looked so lost when he told her "aaj se hum apne decisions khud lege.."

What sweetyji said was so right. "Zakm nhi pyaar karte ho."

SCHOOL SCHOOL SCHOOL.. they are highlighting this school thing again and again. i am sure high school thing is soon gonna come.

I am worried for siddhant.

Hi,
Good post!
I don't think he has accepted that his father did wrong.

Sidhant's attitude is a defence mechanism for pain. Accepting his father is wrong is easier than accepting the pain of loss for his father.

Nice post.
Yes, this was heart breaking to watch. I'm so very glad they have that fb of the Judge's statement against his father running in the background. His father's honour was the one thing Sidhanth was very proud about, now it all seems hollow and meaningless to him. If his dad took that shortcut for himself , why did he allow him to go through all the tortures from his rich classmates? He talks about a lonely childhood, where Anushka was his only friend and even she disappointed him. It felt apt that all his anger is directed at the two people who loved him the most and whom he misunderstood. Somehow, we are able to connect with the emptiness he feels now.
