Hello I am Pratik. I have used this India-Forums platform long time back when Dil Dosti Dance show was going on. Since that I have not been using IF. Since D3 midway I left watching TV shows. After long time I watched a show that made some real sense in the way the story is developing. I don't know why but my fiance got me watch this show from 1st Episode and I must say I haven't missed a single episode since than. Story and performances are so real here that it got me watch this show. After coming home from a tiring day I sit back to watch this show.
Now Today I have some free time so I logged into IF to check the buzz for the show. I must say the show has some very loyal followers and its good to read many opinions on the show. I want to say that show deserves the love it has been getting. The character that defines the show is of Siddhant Sinha. Although most of the characters are there in the show to take the story forward and all the characters around make some sense to the main story and its nice to see good acting by the lead cast as well as supporting cast. Now coming to the reason why I am propelled to make post after almost 5 years. The thing is that the story is very simple yet very intriguing because of the way it has been developed. The reason why I love watching this show is that each and everything that has been conveyed in the show is so much relatable to the real life that you find some similarities with yourself of anyone character in the show. The show has shown both sides of coin. The Rich perspective is also shown very nicely and the middle class perspective is also shown nicely. KK is shown to be the achiever and a man who only gets successful at the end anyhow, where as prabhakar is someone who is content with whatever outcome he gets out of his efforts because for him efforts are more important then result. The difference between them can be seen impacting their families also. As Reddy's children and wives are very much proud of the status that KK Reddy has awarded to them, they don't really know how much struggle and hardwork goes into achieving that status. Where as Sinha's children and wives are shown to be more of adoptive and supporting and finding happiness in small things. But the difference is shown very nicely as contradicting personalities are bound to impact their children. It has impacted the children and how. Anushka who is a Reddy and has got everything she wants but still what has impacted her is that she has seen no matter how much successful his father is, but he always values his relations specially the friendship he has with Prabhakar. What makes interesting is that Anushka is able to decode and understand that what Prabhakar thinks is really the way to lead a happy life. And she is encouraged by her father to follow Prabhakar's way to see life. Whereas Siddhant Prabhakar's own son is not able to come to terms with Prabhakar's thinking and his approach to life. Prabhakar is content in taking back seat as long as things are happening for good of company where as siddhant never likes to take back seat and give credit of his hard work to some one else. That is the basic difference Siddhant has from his father.Siddhant is such an interesting Character. Such Characters are hardly written in an story, and the harsh reality is you will find many of such characters when you dig into real life. What Siddhant's character brings to life is uncertainty. Uncertainty because you can not judge how he is going to react in a particular situation. That what makes Siddhant very special and relatable because I myself feel very much uncomfortable expressing my feelings to my dear one's. Siddhant has seen life where being middle class is very much a crime because his upbringing has been made with upper class children where as he has been taught moral values of middle class people.Because of his such upbringing he is not able to relate to many things. The reason which is shown why Siddhant and Anushka have broken up in past is that Siddhant felt that Anushka used him for her personal motives, whereas Anushka felt that Siddhant didn't value her. Now this is clear case of misunderstanding because of perspectives. Anushka never liked to take Siddhant along with her in get together with her friends because she felt that her friends did not respect Siddhant for how he was. Where as she ended up giving Siddhant an impression that she doesn't like to take him to the get together because he was middle class son of her father's employee. Although both of them care of each other they cannot come to terms with each others perspectives towards life. Now what all these incidents have done to Siddhant, it has transformed him into some kind of storm or cyclone who is burning from inside like hell to show the world that he can achieve anything and everything in the world. He just doesn't want to achieve money and fame he wants to dig back at the persons who treated him bad way because of him being from middle class. Siddhant also has this strong anger towards his father for not sharing things with him or say not being able to stand up for himself and get credit for what he has done. But with anger he cares and loves his father like every son does but just the difference that due to all this he has gone into a shelve and doesn't like to open up. He wants the world to recognize him as strong and care free person who doesn't get effected with anything. Man this Siddhant's character is very complex and they did cast perfect man to do the job. His eyes and body language match exactly to the requirement of character. Namit has done fab job in relating to the character. At last in yesterday's episode Siddhant says he will show the world what storm he has been hiding inside. He will achieve what his father couldn't. This just another indication that Siddhant is about run havoc, he will change and he will make his presence felt at every corner of Reddy corporation. The story is about to get very exciting I feel.I apologize for making this very long post. I just wanted to share my feelings about show somewhere so I choose this medium to express. Thanks for reading the post. By change if you read this thanks a ton.Pratik
