Goyal gets the loan from Sanyal, remember Sanyal says KK that because of him he gave loan to Goyal (I don't get this now like why KK would want Sanyal to loan to Goyal)
But finally he gets bid, but does he have enough funds is the question .. if he doesn't have enough funds and wants to give up the airlines...insurance is one way to get out ... i still think Goyal didn't disown the air lines but wants to work with Reddy's on this thanks to karthik ,.. which is why Prabhakar asks him to chose between him or airlines (I feel)
so let's see how it goes.. and in one interview of Goyal he says he is a negative character who tries to create misunderstanding between friends (KK and Prabhakar)... and that is where it is leading to ...

@Pagalpinky : KK is very intriguing and complex, by general norms we are not used to see such positive , righteous man as a billionaire businessman 😆 so yeah we all feel he is negative or greyish ,,,,let's see
they won't make Karthik or Sri for sure, Karthik is impulsive, acts in anger, he hates prabhakar, but he did give him credit after the inquiry ... so he gives credit when due ... but he isn't so bad to kill people
reddy;s are given clean chit in inquiry , so they are off the radar for now
