Tanu weds Hinu - Episode 3 - The date & Promise ;)

Scene 1

Post yummy and LMLM1 wedding Hinu met Tanu at a number of family get-togethers but never could he muster the courage to confess his feelings to Tanu...
On the other hand even Tanu harboured those kind of sentiments for Hinu but with her manchali attitude and flirtatious traits she didnt want to approach Hinu or tie herself down in any commitment...Though she enjoyed the attention that she got from the loverboy she pretended ignorant and showed not be affected by Hinu's persistent attempts to share his pyar ka bukhaar 😆😆😆

Time passed by and Hinu with his partner Maamo P both started their sabzi business and also the papad beling factory on the side as both were frustrated and were finding it hard to impress their darlings...

A few more months later yummy and LMLM1 announced that they were expecting quads ..the families were elated and anticipated the arrival of the bachis ... LMLM1 was very proud of himself and yummy on the quad achievement and to celebrate the godh bharai a huge function was organized at the khandani LMLM mansion in Lucknow ...Shobs mummyji invited the yummy family to attend the godh bharai but not all of the yummies could make it ...since maamo P was out of town for a papad conference and Neel was unwell ,Ratna cinemaa decided to stay back with her ...Neelu was unfortunately busy with work and Neha had exams which left Tanu and that was good enough for Hinu :)

Hinu took this to be his last chance to let Tanu know how he feels ...He chalked out a plan and thought abhi nahi toh kabhi nahin ! Ratna maa called to say that Tanu will be taking the early morning flight and Shobs mummyji assured that one of the LMLMs will be at the airport to pick her up ...

Scene 2

No prizes for guessing which LMLM volunteered to recieve Tanu at the airport ...
Hinu was super excited to see Tanu and this time for a special reason...
Tanu had recently been hanging out with Fatima and had learnt quite a few deadpanning skills...Deep within even she was hoping it was Hinu who came to the airport but the recent Fatima influence held her back from blushing when Hinu smiled to see her😳 ...

The jouney back home was a quiet one but a lot was said between the silence thur the eyes...very unlike Tanu yes !... Yummy was delighted to have atleast one of her family member attend the event...Hinu was missing maamo P but was in constant touch with him for instant tips ...

Soon the godh bharai function began and Tanu did a didi tera devar and totally captivated Hinu's heart with her super performance ...LMLM3 was missing his aadha hug and Sam was busy flirting with the other auntyjis at the rasm lol.....The evening was a huge success and ended with Tanu finally asking Hinu 'hum aapke hain kaun' and before Hinu could reply maamo P called interrupted the scene and Tanu ran away ...
Shobs witnessed the scene but kept the matter for later since they were only focussing on welcoming the quads for now...

The LMLM family decided to spend a few more days in Lucknow till the quads arrived but LMLM1 had to return immediately for work..He gave his mum and Eksie praji the resposiblity to look after his 4 decker wife coz he knew he cudn't trust Hinu or Tanu in this matter... Shobs requested Tanu to stay back to give yummy company but Tanu was busy with her line maroing ...
The family once went out to the cinema and Tanu made the first move ...
She asked Hinu out and though there was no real confession there was a mutual understanding between them...They used to hang out practically every day and Tanu has toned down her flirtyness considerably ...

LMLM1 returned in time for the birth and the entire yummy family followed to give their blessings...

Scene 3

Hinu had got an excellent job opportunity abroad and had been away for the last four years while Tanu got busy with completing her studies ...They maintained their long distance relationship very well with ending each phone call with a promise from Tanu to keep away from too much jhingalaaness and of course from boys too while Tanu tried doing the same with her LMLM but she knew she didnt need to 😆...
A few years later ,it was the quads 4th birthday and Shobs mummyji threw a lavish party to celebrate the four years of the four angels ...
Hinu decided to surprise them and flew in from the UK to see his family and Tanu of course :P

The party was loved by one and all ...the quads were spoilt with all the presents and attention...
and the focus soon shifted to the pending love story of the two Ratlam love birds....
LMLM1 being the sensible one thought of giving the kahani a push and Tanu eventually sang the Mayi ni mayi song to express her pent up feelings for Hinu...and Ratna maa got the drift and invited the LMLM family for chai and a bit more :)...

4 days left for the big day but something was missing felt Hinu and shared it with his LMLMs
and Tanu did the same with the yummies...
What could it be ? proposal ho gaya ,engagement ho gayi ab kya ? said Sam
tu ni samjhega said Fatima and sent his away :P
LMLM1 and yummy then realized what was missing ...
A real confession is what the tale lacked and with Tanu's b'day the very next day they collaborated with maamo P to arrange for a date for them ...
Later Hinu disclosed that Tanu's b'day was another reason he came back to India ...

Shobs mummyji and Ratna cinemaa were apprehensive to send the soon to be groom and bride out akele with the wedding fast approaching but LMLM1 and yummy assured them of no hanky panky and took full responsibility of the meeting ...

Scene 6

Hinu had filled Tanu's room with cards,flowers and chocolates the next morning to wish her happy birthday ...
Tanu was overwhelmed with her LMLMs pyar and looked forward to the evening even more ...


Getting ready for the date :

'Tanusistah, I think u should wear the red dress we bought together' said Neel ,
'yeah its so jhingalala and will suit the occasion so well' quipped maamo P ... the others gave him the huh? look and that was the end of the red dress...
Neelu thenpulled out a pretty white knee lenth dress and said this is perfect for the date tonight...
and the yummies awwwwed together when Tanu got dressed and looked heavenly...

'ki farak painda hai yar ,tenu Hinu ne waise bhi ni dekhna hai ' laughed Eksie and hi fived Sam ...' 'Eksie pra tu to rehn de ,teri to adhi tie bhi Neel saliji ko poori lagegi ' retorted Hinu ...
LMLM1 gestured Hinu to wait and went to his room to be back with a perfect tie for the shirt ... yummy bhabiji's eyes welled up with khushi ke aansoo to see her devar getting ready for a date with her yummy sistah...
and she sweetly hugged LMLM1 to say
'hum ne bana di jodi '

'All set ?' asked maamo P who was gonna drive his mate to the venue whereas Fatima twinnie was responsible to get Tanu to the place safely ...This measure was taken to avoid any crazyness before the date and also coz maamo P had also arranged for an informal date with his Fatima darling :P side mein 😆

Scene 7

Hinu got there first like a true gentleman and waited with butterflies fluttering in his tummy to welcome the b'day girl and there she arrived looking stunning ...Hinu watched her as she stepped out fo the car and his heart skipped a beat...Fatima plucked the hairpin and said I think he likes u more with the hair down 😆 ...Tanu curiously asked how she knew and Fatima replied coz Meera likes em like that and blushed 🤣...

The wind started to blow as maamo P ushered his sister to the terrace where Hinu was waiting with bated breath and a bunch of red roses ...
The violins started to play in the background as Tanu walked up to Hinu ...
