Bad news- Abeer does eat the egg, or at least a bit... I think he swallowed also... his mom is watching from the balcony! shucks... this is all very unexpected! I am also in shock actually....

TN should not hit a grown son! That's wrong.

Abeer is equally immature... gosh, don't know who is going to drum sense into him. Am sure it is going to be Leher. but don't know how and when...

But very powerful episode... excellent acting by GK. Really well-done!

yes, although it seems like a childish, cocking-a-snook gesture, for Abeer it is symbolic, it means breaking away from a lifetime of deeply ingrained values.

The thing is he's questioning them all. Sam,I doubt if Sudha will say anything to TN ,not after witnessing the egg thing,but I guess its going to be someone off the street who'll report it to Boodha,perhaps Banke or someone ?

oh and btw ,I sort of giggled when the vendor asked Abeer of how he'd like the egg and he replied "boiled " :D : P !

Sudha won't say anything to anyone. She is more mature than her husband. But it is touching that Abeer lets his mom know he has crossed a line... the mother and son are very close, unlike Shuklain and Madhav.

Superb analysis....It's not like from now on, Abeer is going to eat non-veg for ever... he is trying to show his rebellion in the open... like 'what can you do now? i have just eaten an egg'!

I just hope we haven't lost that fun-loving care-free Abeer Bajpayi... looks like this incident has changed him totally... Oh dear!
