I know we were kind of low on our daily dose of ArMu romance today but I am glad the writers are incorporating a track that will hopefully please the TRP aunties as well, without taking away the true essence of the show.
I had two quick thoughts pop into my head as I watched the show and I had to write them down coz I wanted to know if anyone else thought the same (and for one of the thoughts I want someone to desperately tell me that I'm wrong).
1) We see all the villagers put their contributions into mukhiji's salary box and I have a feeling, that box is going to go missing at the most important juncture. No prizes for guessing who is going to be behind the deed (Ramiben of course). It'll make for an interesting track on how they ride over the emergency. Will Aru's dupatta business earnings help? Will Mukhi hesitate to accept that because he thinks she should use it to fulfill her dreams?
2) The other thing I noticed in today's episode was in the scene when Aru overheard Rami's and Mukhi's conversation. Rami categorically takes account of all the losses they've incurred since Aru has come into their lives - jewelry worth 1 crore, 40 lakhs in ransom and now their land. I think Rami may have unknowingly found Aru's dugthi rag. We know how self respecting a girl Aru is. While she'd be more than happy to fulfill her dreams at a slower pace while in the village, I'm thinking maybe, if Rami continues her taunts about the monetary losses they've suffered because of her, despite Mukhi's reassurances otherwise, that might push Aru towards moving to the city to make more money faster. That is, if the makers have planned a separation track (which I sincerely hope to God they haven't). Even then, I don't see a bitter separation track. The patience and indulgence Mukhi is showing for her makes me believe that these two can never have a bitter separation track.
Like I said, I'd love to know your thoughts on my predictions!
And talking about predictions, I also have a prediction about the latest OLV where ArMu come out of a hut where I think they stay to save themselves from the rain. If you notice in the OLV, Mukhi is holding the overcoat of his kurta in his hand which we see in the precap he was wearing. I'm thinking, he might've taken it off and put it on Aru because she's wet and cold from the rain. They've had one too many dangerous trysts with fire or I would have foreseen a typical stuck in the hut, cold and wet scene. The heroine is soaked to the skin, the hero builds a fire to keep warm, he gives her his shirt/jacket, they get closer and then the possibilities are essentially endless but knowing Aru Mukhi, let's just say they cuddled and that's it. Lol! 😉
Maybe this will lead to the awakening of Aru's desires and then we might get the SR scene that niyati's FC posted a pic on Instagram of. Now I know we all thought it was from the scene right after their wedding, but! Coz I'm psycho like that, I went back and watched that episode again and the decor is completely different. And so is the bedspread. So I'm keeping my hopes up! Ab bas Mukhiji meherbaan ho jaayein! 😆 and I'd also like to take a moment to appreciate the awakening of Mukhiji's Emraan Hashmi genes from yesterday's episode. Black and white picture mein sapne kaafi rangeele the. So I have faith ki hut mein kuch tho hoga. Thoda hi sahi, low grade hi sahi but significant.
